About Us

Inter City Urgent Limited was established in 1996. Directors Nick Kershaw and Cheree Wigg and Technology Manager Ryan Cauchi-Mills collectively share more than 45 years experience in the industry and pride themselves in service excellence in every aspect of their operation.

From our offices in the Albany Industrial Estate, Inter City Urgent have developed state-of-the-art job booking, processing and communication systems, supported by friendly and efficient Customer Service and Courier Teams. Our comprehensive fleet of cars, stationwagons, vans, and trucks are on call 24 hours, 7 days a week offering Local and National Express Delivery Services to the Auckland market.

Cheree Wigg - Director/Accounts
"I have been involved in the courier industry for 13 years, initially as a courier driver. In 1996 Nick and I founded Inter City Urgent. Our goal from the outset was to be totally customer and courier focused, providing the highest quality service possible. I am responsible for directing the company, always making sure we have the competitive edge I also manage all accounts payable and receivable, a job that I enjoy very much."

Since her inception Kylie has shown a natural ability to communicate effectively with people just by being herself! Everyone knows Kylie well as she is the peppy voice on the end of the phone who keeps our clients up to date with their progress of their consignments, a responsibility which I cannot imagine a more qualified person doing.
